Terms of Service

By using Pack AI you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Pack AI is a web tool for designing packaging from a dieline. Features and pricing may change over time. The service is provided on a best-effort basis; we make no uptime guarantees.

You're responsible for anything that happens under your account. Keep your email secure. One person, one account. Let us know if you think someone's accessed your account without permission.

You own the dielines, logos, copy, and designs you upload or create in Pack AI. By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that content only to the extent needed to run the features you use (saving projects, rendering exports, generating AI drafts).

We don't use your content to train AI models, sell it, or share it with anyone outside the processors listed in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have rights to, or content that's illegal, defamatory, or infringing.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, abuse the AI brief endpoint, or circumvent rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service in ways that harm other users.
• Use Pack AI to create packaging for products that are illegal where sold.

AI-generated drafts are produced by third-party models from text you supply. The output is provided as-is and you're responsible for reviewing it before use — including checking that any generated copy is accurate, non-infringing, and appropriate for your market.

You can delete your account any time (see the contact page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we do, we'll give you a reasonable opportunity to export your projects unless doing so would put other users at risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is lower.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date; material changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If you bring a dispute, you agree to resolve it in the courts with jurisdiction over the owner of the service.
